# 附加费（Surcharge）

因为顾客选择了某种付款方式而在交易上加收的一笔钱。商户能不能加，由其收单协议规定，而协议把卡组织的规则传导下来；所以这是一个每家商户各有具体答案的问题，不是一个通用答案。另外，无论允不允许，它都必须在顾客决定购买之前披露。

## 它对商户意味着什么

在问「能不能加」之前，先想清楚「该不该加」。多数商户心里的那个数字是报价费率而不是实际费率，而小额交易上主导成本的通常是按笔固定费用；所以按比例收的附加费收回来的比预期少，同时又是柜台上最显眼的那样东西。重新议价对顾客是不可见的；这件事不是。
