# 滚动保证金（Rolling reserve）

把商户结算款中的一部分留存一段约定期限、再按滚动方式释放，用在服务商对未来争议有敞口的场景：典型的是「收款远早于交付」的生意。它是风控工具而不是收费：钱是商户的，也会释放，但在商户预期的时间点上拿不到；所以它是一个现金流问题。

## 它对商户意味着什么

如果一家服务商在谈话中提到它，那是在告诉您它怎么看待您的风险；通常是因为您收钱远早于交付。这件事值得摊开来谈，而不是当成一种冒犯：条件、期限、以及什么情况下释放，都是具体的，理解了这些的生意可以据此安排现金流。而从一份结算报表里才发现它的生意，不能。
