# 退款与撤销（Refund / Void）

撤销是在交易结算之前取消它，钱自始至终没有动。退款是把已经结算的交易反向冲回，钱要出去。用哪一种取决于时间点；而柜台员工能不能直接在机器上完成这两件事（而不是提工单等处理），是试机时值得当场验证的。

## 它对商户意味着什么

这是少数几个「培训决定直接影响钱」的地方。批次关闭前的撤销和关闭之后的退款是两种不同的操作，对顾客账单和商户账目的后果都不一样，而两者之间的时间窗很短。教会柜台员工「自己现在做的是哪一种、到什么时候为止」，比任何一份相关制度文件都更有用。
