# 预授权（Pre-authorisation / 冻结）

在卡上做一次授权，把一笔金额预留下来但先不扣，之后再请款或释放。酒店、租车等行业用它来覆盖押金或杂费。具体机制（一笔冻结能挂多久，释放之后多久回到持卡人的可用额度）由卡组织与发卡行决定，不是商户能定的。

## 它对商户意味着什么

多数人是通过酒店或租车的「押金冻结」认识这个机制的，也正是在这里，凭想象行事的代价最高。一笔冻结能持续多久、能不能追加、如何解除，会因卡组织、发卡行和服务商的配置而不同；所以，如果一门生意本身就依赖冻结，那就应该针对自己那套配置拿到书面确认，而不是依据任何一份笼统的说明，包括这一段。
