# 净额结算（Net settlement）

把销售额减去费用之后的净额一次性结算给商户，而不是先全额结算、再另行开票收费。两种安排都存在，本身无所谓优劣，但它们做出来的账目很不一样，所以在拿一份报价去和另一份比之前，值得先弄清它默认的是哪一种。

## 它对商户意味着什么

在拿一份报价和另一份比之前，先确定它默认的是哪一种安排；因为同样的经济账，两种安排做出来的账面并不一样。它也决定了记账的人要做什么：在净额结算下，费用只在报表里看得见，所以报表必须好到能把它们单独拉出来成为一项。
