# 商户账户（Merchant account）

持牌收单机构以商户名义开立的账户，用于接收卡与钱包付款，再结算到商户的银行账户。服务商是给商户开自己的账户、还是把商户挂在一个共用账户下，正是收单机构与聚合商的分别，也决定了条款由谁说了算。

## 它对商户意味着什么

值得弄清楚商户手上实际拥有的是什么，因为不同模式下答案不同：是自己的账户，还是别人账户里的一个位置。它影响结算、限额、报表，以及一旦上层安排发生变化这门生意会怎样；而这些在费率表上一条都看不到。
