# 交换费（Interchange）

卡交易费用中由收单机构付给发卡行的那一部分，费率由卡组织规定，不是双方谈出来的。它是任何报价的底线；所以没有哪家服务商能报到它以下，也所以费率取决于商户实际收到的是哪些卡。

## 它对商户意味着什么

成本中不由任何收单机构设定、也没有哪家能豁免的那一部分；所以同一个商户，本地借记卡和境外信用卡拿到的报价才会不一样。知道「有一条地板价」，才能一眼认出一个低到不合常理的报价确实不合常理。
