# 实际费率（Effective rate）

一段时间的总费用，除以同一段时间的总收款金额，并把所有不按百分比计的条目都折进去；租金、最低消费、管理费。它是两家服务商之间唯一可比的数字，因为一个报价上的百分比既没说还收了什么，也没说它乘的是怎样一个交易结构。

## 它对商户意味着什么

唯一值得据以行动的成本数字，而任何已经在收款的商户，都能用自己一个月的结算报表把它算出来。算过一次，「比报价」就变成了「比结果」，而这经常会把候选名单的顺序整个换掉。
