# 拒付率（Chargeback ratio）

一段时间内，商户的拒付笔数相对其交易量的比例。卡组织会监测它，并对超过各自门槛的商户启动专门的管理程序，可能带来额外成本与附加条件。真正要看的是商户自己的走势而不是某一个月：一条稳步上升的曲线，在它越过任何一条线之前很久就已经是问题了。

## 它对商户意味着什么

值得盯的是自己的走势，而不是去对照谁的门槛；等到门槛已经在视野里时，问题通常已经跑了好几个月。一条稳步上升的曲线，往往指向某件具体且可修的事：一个看不懂的商户名、一件比顾客预期到得晚的商品，或者一个慢到让人放弃、转而直接打给银行的退款流程。
