# 卡在场 / 卡不在场

指付款时卡或手机有没有真的出现在终端前。卡在场的欺诈风险更低，费用通常也低于卡不在场；后者涵盖网上与 App 内付款。这是决定商户实际付多少钱的最大结构性因素。

## 它对商户意味着什么

这个区分同时悄悄决定了商户的成本和风险。卡不在场的业务定价不同，也承担着柜台上没有的争议责任；所以一家店铺一旦开始接电话订单或微信下单，它的风险画像已经变了，而它自己并不会觉得这是一件需要告诉服务商的事。
