# 卡片留存（Card on file）

顾客同意日后可以再次扣款的一张卡，以令牌而非卡号的形式保存。「已保存的付款方式」「订阅」「取件时从您的卡上扣」这些安排背后都是它。让它站得住脚的是那份同意：顾客必须事先同意过日后的扣款，而这份同意的记录，正是日后争议时能回答问题的东西。

## 它对商户意味着什么

技术上的部分很简单，真正要紧的是那份同意。一笔顾客不记得自己同意过的扣款，无论卡是怎么保存的，这场争议您都会输，所以要做对的是记录：他同意了什么、什么时候同意的、用的是什么措辞。把这件事当成常规来做的生意，很少会为同一件事争第二次。
