# 收单机构（Acquirer）

持牌机构，持有商户的商户账户，代商户受理银行卡与钱包付款，并把钱结算给商户。牌照在它手上、钱从它那里过、出问题时商户找的也是它。商户签约的对象是收单机构，而不是卡组织或钱包本身。

## 它对商户意味着什么

这个词在签约时才真正重要：收单机构是商户协议上写明的那个主体，也是牌照真正在其手上的那一方。商户可能是从支付网关、转售商或某个软件商那里买到收款能力的，但这三者背后仍然有一家收单机构。所以看方案时该问的不是「我是在跟谁买」，而是「收单机构是哪一家、它在新加坡持牌吗」。结算款由谁保管、拒付由谁处理、监管盯着谁：后面所有事情都由这个答案决定。
