# Privacy and personal data

*Last updated: 2026-08-03*

This notice covers www.uniwebpay.com — the public marketing site you are reading. It explains what this site collects, what it does not, and how to contact Uniweb Pte Ltd about personal data under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

## Who is responsible

Uniweb Pte Ltd, trading as Uniweb Pay, of Beach Road #23-08A, Gateway East, Singapore 189721. Uniweb Pte Ltd is a Major Payment Institution licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore under the Payment Services Act 2019, Licence No. PS20200612.

For any question about personal data — including access and correction requests under the PDPA — write to Support@uniwebpay.com, or call +65 8385 3698.

## What this website collects

This site does not ask you to create an account, and it has no sign-up form, no newsletter subscription and no contact form. Nothing on it asks you to type personal data.

Like any website, it is served over the internet, so your browser’s requests reach the hosting provider along with the technical information every request carries — an IP address, a user agent, and which page was requested. That information is handled by the hosting provider as part of serving the page.

Where you choose to act on a link — applying through the onboarding site, emailing us, or messaging the WhatsApp number — you are leaving this site, and what you send is handled under the notice or terms of wherever you have gone.

## What this notice does not cover

It does not cover the merchant onboarding application, the merchant portal at merchant.uniwebpay.com, or the handling of transaction and cardholder data in the payment systems. Those are separate systems with their own obligations, including obligations under the Payment Services Act and the card scheme rules.

If you are a merchant or an applicant asking how your business and personal information is handled in those systems, write to Support@uniwebpay.com and ask for the applicable notice, rather than relying on this page.

## Your rights under the PDPA

Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 gives individuals the right to ask an organisation what personal data it holds about them and how it has been used, and to ask for corrections to inaccurate data.

To make either request, write to Support@uniwebpay.com with enough detail to identify what you are asking about. If you are not satisfied with the response, the Personal Data Protection Commission is the authority in Singapore.
